TERMS OF BUSINESS AND DISCLOSURES
ARRANGING & CONDUCTING THE FUNERAL
Glen Miller Independant Funeral Director are available 24 hours a day leading unto the funeral to fulfil your requirements by telephone, Home or at our office. We will Liaise with you, taking instructions in respect of funeral arrangements. We will make any disbursement payments on our clients behalf. We will also be on hand to guide you on the registration of Death or with the Benefit Agency. Glen Miller Independant Funeral Director will have a funeral Director and all the necessary personnel to carry out the funeral arrangements in accordance with your instructions. We will continue to provide on going care thereafter if required.
DISBURSEMENTS
These charges which we incur on behalf of you the client as many of these have to be paid price to the Funeral taking Place or a substantial proportion of them up front. It is the Clients responsibility to pay these prior to the Funeral. These will need to be paid 3 working days prior to the funeral day. Failure to make this payment may result in the funeral and the funeral being terminated.
PAYMENTS
The funeral invoice will be sent to you within 7 working days after the funeral. All monies must be paid within 30 days from the funeral date.
Payments will be accepted via bank transfer, debit/credit cheque or cash payments.
INTEREST
Should full payment nit be made within 30 days of the invoice agreement. We do reserve the right to charge interest of the late payment. The rate will be at 2% above the base lending set by the Bank of England rate. This will be on a daily basis until the amount is paid in full. We do reserve the right to recover any costs charged through a debt collection service, should this be the route to be taken.
